When a litter of pups is born, the photo process begins. As soon as mama is comfortably nested - about day 2 or 3 - we will take some "Oh, aren't they adorable?" photos. They are not very photogenic at this point but we've all been waiting and people want to have a look. Mama is nesting, the pups are eating non-stop and the namuh-s* are pretty busy, so there won't be a lot of photos the first couple of weeks.
*namuh ??? The dogs have realized that we obviously have spelled their roll in the family unit backwards, so they have done the same for our roll in the family unit.
The pups on this page are from previous litters and will be replaced when a new litter is born..

Two Weeks Old
At about two weeks old we will take a few more pics. Still not much to see . . . Eyes are still closed and they haven't discovered their legs yet, but the cuteness factor is starting to develop.
Four Weeks Old
By four weeks old their eyes are open; they have found their legs; and they are starting to explore the whole wide room. They are starting to develop and display some personality. We can now begin to take some more meaningful group photos.
Five Weeks Old
They seem to be doubling in size with every meal. Their personalities are emerging and so is their colouring. But we still have some time to go. The random growth spurts happen (remember high school?) and the little one today might be the largest next week.
Six Weeks Old
By six weeks old their eyes are open; they have found their legs; and they are starting to explore the whole wide room. They are starting to develop and display some personality. We can now begin to take some more meaningful group photos.
Seven Weeks Old
Seven weeks old - Tug of war; real food; it just keeps getting better and better. We can now begin to take some more individual photos and video clips. There is talk about airplanes, micro-chips, and ashot to keep 'em healthy.
Eight Weeks Old
At eght weeks, the pups go to their new homes, meet their new families, and the picture taking is in the hands of the newbies. See you all on Facebook!!
